Landa S11

The Landa S11 is the only field-proven printing press that combines speed, quality, format, and digital into a single, complete solution for mainstream folding carton production.
It runs at offset speed with the agility of digital, so you can take on more jobs, in more versions, without re-tooling between them. Powered by Nanography, it drops into any production floor, digital or analog, providing full flexibility for you to PRINT AS YOU WISH.

  • Best-in-Class Color: Hold brand color from the first sheet to the last, at any run length. The S11's seven-color Landa NanoInk® covers up to 96% of Pantone colors, so more of the work stays on press instead of waiting on spot mixes.

  • Industrial B1 / 41″: Print full B1 on the stock the industry already runs. The S11 handles the widest range of paper and board with no pre-treatment or priming, up to 800µm thick, and has a conventional inline coating unit (water-based and UV).

  • Digital Flexibility Is Our Nature: Print directly from file, with no plates. Run the variable data and brand-protection work the world's leading brands ask for, move from one version to the next, and change a job at any time without stopping the line.

  • Cleaner by design: No plates, near-zero waste, water-based Landa NanoInk®, and fully recyclable output.

PrintAI module

PrintAI uses artificial intelligence to sharpen quality further, holding a precise fit on demanding folding cartons and commercial work that depends on micro text and brand-protection features.

11K module

The 11K module takes productivity to the next level with a new ink drying system that enables transfer of dry ink from the blanket to the media at the speed of 11,200 sheets per hour.

The high-speed capacity enables printing at offset speeds with the versatility of digital printing, allowing faster production with quicker turnaround times for urgent jobs and improving production yield and economic benefits.
